Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them in your phone's settings.
- iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, choose the app, Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Our refund guide walks you through it.
Are your apps free?
Yes, all our apps are free to download. Some have optional premium features with a subscription, and the price is always shown before you start.
I paid for premium but it isn't unlocked.
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If that doesn't work, contact support and we'll sort it out. More in our restore guide.
Are your apps on Android?
Stud Finder and Protractor are on Google Play today, and more apps are coming. The others are on iPhone and iPad for now.
What data do you collect?
Only what we need to run the apps, understand how they are used and fix problems. We never sell your personal data. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
